I had the pleasure of joining Heartbeat for Hire with Lyndsay Dowd to talk about something close to my heart; conscious leadership. In our conversation, I shared my journey of stepping into authentic leadership and balancing masculine and feminine qualities is essential in today’s workplaces. We explored what it means to lead with heart, the role of vulnerability in building strong teams, and the increasing demand for ethical leadership in business.
