Utilizing a cutting-edge digital psychometric assessment tools through Lumina Learning®, we are able to provide actionable and empowering data to grow individual leader and collective team impact. Based on Jungian and Big 5 models, the Lumina Spark® assessment evaluates leaders in 8 aspects, 24 characteristics, through the lens of 3 different personas: underlying, everyday, and stressed states. This reveals information about a leader in a dynamic way as we are not just ONE type, color, or set of letters.

After delivering the assessment, we facilitate behavior change based on the data by designing and delivering workshops or offering coaching for effective and sustainable change.
