WHAT IS CONSCIOUSNESS?

Consciousness is the state or quality of being aware of one's own existence and surroundings. Consciousness allows us to observe the outside world, interact with it, and reflect on our experiences.

Consciousness is sometimes referred to as Awareness or Intuition. All in all, it’s our innate ability to access wisdom within us that provides deeper insights and context and knowing of ourselves. This knowledge has a vast influence on how we feel, show up, and interact with others both at home, and at work.

We ALL have this ability, yet it is largely untapped. We help people cultivate the power of consciousness: our observation, intuition, and sensing ability so that we may live as more evolved and aware humans, leaders, teams, and companies.
