What 20 years of organizational work finally clarified about growth
For years, people have asked me "What exactly is it that you do?"
The truth is... The answer has evolved.
Early in my career, I believed organizations grew because theyhad the right strategy: build the plan, execute well, and deliver results.
And to be clear, strategy matters.
Over the past two decades, I've helped organizations grow by building businesses, driving revenue, facilitating executive teams, developing leaders, and helping companies navigate change.
That work hasn't changed.
What has changed is my understanding of what actually creates sustainable growth.
The Pattern Behind Sustainable Growth
Working with organizations across healthcare, technology, biotech, nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 500 companies, I noticed the same pattern. The organizations that achieved extraordinary results weren't always the ones with the smartest strategy.
They were the ones whose leaders and teams believed in it.
They were aligned around a shared vision, trusted one another enough to have honest conversations, and put collective success ahead of individual achievement.
That's when I realized something profound:
Strategy creates direction. People create momentum.
Organizations don't grow because they have better strategies.
They grow because leaders and teams unite around one vision, one mission, and one commitment to winning together.
Today, the simplest way I describe my work is this:
I help organizations unlock growth by transforming both the business and the humans building it.
Sometimes that means facilitating strategy. Sometimes it's developing leaders, aligning executive teams, strengthening culture, or helping organizations navigate change.
Because strategy, leadership, teams, and culture are never separate challenges—they're one interconnected system.
That realization became the foundation of Integrated Intelligence™, the philosophy behind everything we do at Cofinity.
Integrated Intelligence™ develops leaders who integrate strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, intuition, awareness, and authentic presence so they can make better decisions, build stronger teams, and create organizations where people and performance thrive together.
Why the Future of Leadership Is More Human
As Artificial Intelligence transforms the way we work, I believe our greatest opportunity isn't simply becoming more technologically advanced.
It's becoming more deeply human.
The organizations that thrive in the years ahead won't just have the best technology. They'll have leaders who know how to align people around a shared purpose, build trust, cultivate wisdom, and create cultures where innovation naturally follows.
That's the future of leadership I believe in.
And it's the future Cofinity was built to support.
Today, I'm excited to share our new website, not because it's new, but because it finally reflects the work I've been growing into for years.
