Every coaching engagement begins with a Lumina Spark profile. Built on Jungian and Big 5 models, it maps how you lead naturally, how you adapt under pressure, and where your blind spots tend to show up. It evaluates leaders across 8 aspects and 24 characteristics through three distinct states - how you show up at your best, how you operate day to day, and how you behave when things get hard.

Most assessments tell you what type you are. This one shows you how you shift across contexts, which is where the real leadership work lives. Christine uses the results to build a coaching plan around what is actually true about how you lead, not a generalized profile.
