4 Mis-Truths to Hurdle on the Path to Growth

In order to get to a place of new possibilities, we must first change our thinking. 

Here are 4 mis-truths to hurdle on the path to growth:

Mis-truth #1: We have to suffer in order to have.

Reinvention of the false belief originated in the industrial era that in order to achieve commercial success (money), we need to suffer. We don’t need to suffer in order to have prosperity.

New Ideology:

We can innovate solutions, products, and services where people, our planet, and financial thriving occur together, in sync and in balance.

Mis-truth #2: There’s ONLY so much to go around!

Elimination of the belief that in order to HAVE, someone else has to GO WITHOUT. This operating from scarcity.

New Ideology:

There is unlimited possibility, resources, opportunity for ALL people (regardless of color, background, orientation, or identity) to have what they need to thrive. It’s time we make room for this possibility and stop with limited thinking.

Mis-truth #3: Only Patriarchal approaches work in business

Win at all costs, fear-based motivation, power over approaches, and ego-based structures are outdated, not relevant with today’s workforce, and have proven ineffective in environmental, mental health, growth and other measures indicative when evaluating this approach.

New Ideology:

A blending and balance of power is emerging, feminine and masculine voices and attributes are BOTH valued. This is the new formula to create prosperity, having balance and alignment to the ways of work, leadership, and methods used in the pursuit of money and commercial success. Women’s voices, and voices of formerly marginalized groups are leveraged into the strategies and equitable sharing of commercial pursuits.

Mis-truth #4: Technology and AI is the Answer

We have visioned, designed, and created technology that has elevated the velocity of life beyond what humans can process. Never before have we had access to the amounts of information, ability to process, and have the tools for speed and productivity. Yet the question begs, who’s creating who? Will we continue to be the programmer for good, or the ones that are being programmed. Our intention and our ability to access and create from consciousness is our human distinction from technology and AI.

New Ideology:

We need the capacity of our consciousness, our innate wisdom and intelligence, to imagine and create inventions and innovations from a place of hope, abundance, positivity, and collaboration vs. fear, scarcity, and competition.
